LOT 77 PEARCE DR, COFFS HARBOUR

Design Brief:

A sloping site high on the hill with magnificent mountain views required to be captured from internal + external living areas; a study/office to be located near the entry; a separate children’s precinct including rumpus accessible to the rear yard; parents retreat completely private from the rest of the house; all to be wrapped in a modern contemporary package.

Design Solution:

To assist in creating the required separation, four levels were created. A feature timber staircase carries you from entry down to children’s two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and rumpus or up to spectacular open living areas and an enormous timber deck facing to the northern mountain vista. Parent’s retreat + ensuite encompass the entire fourth level allowing for elegant proportions + maximum privacy.
